Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. We've got answers.

What’s the difference between a Toolkit and a Bundle?

Toolkits

  • Include client handouts + takeaway exercises designed for use between sessions

  • Come with provider guidance for both initial and follow-up visits

  • Include standalone worksheets you can plug into any med + therapy visit to expand client work or reinforce specific skills

  • Great when you need targeted, flexible support rather than a full program

Bundles

  • Include full Guidebooks

  • Structured, session-to-session therapy frameworks you can use in med + therapy visits or as standalone therapy

  • Provide a stepwise treatment flow with client education, interventions, and documentation support across an entire therapy arc

Both include:

  • Key concepts

  • Discussion prompts

  • Intervention ideas

  • Provider documentation support

Handouts and Worksheets are targeted, skill-focused, and quick to use.

Guidebooks are comprehensive, educational, and sequenced across multiple sessions.

What’s Included in the Toolkit?

Each Toolkit includes:

  • Client-ready handouts covering psychoeducation, targeted skills or concepts

  • Takeaway exercises for between-session practice

  • Standalone worksheets you can add to any med + therapy visit

  • Provider guidance for both initial and follow-up visits

  • Key clinical concepts to introduce and teach the skill

  • Suggested discussion prompts to guide brief therapy in-session

  • Intervention ideas you can apply directly during the visit

  • Documentation support aligned with 90833 + E/M requirements

  • AI dictation prompts to help you capture the session thoroughly and efficiently

  • Clear client instructions written in supportive language

Everything is designed to be plug-and-play so you can deliver structured, therapeutic, billable visits with minimal prep.

What’s included in a Bundle?

Each Bundle includes the complete, structured therapy system for that topic. Components work together to support med + therapy visits, standalone psychotherapy, and between-session client work.
